WNO 481 Email from MPL Sir Paul McCartney’s Co 2019

2022 marks the 50th anniversary of that 1972 Wings Over Europe Tour and when I was researching the story I saw that Justin had replied to that 2017 tweet from Paul McCartney. So after completing the purchase of the bus on 20^th October 2019 I emailed MPL – Sir Paul McCartney’s company to outline the restoration plans going forward. I received back the email below. So, WNO 481’s place in history is assured and almost certainly its future. Sir Paul has been offered the bus for Glastonbury or Reading etc. and it will be made available to him as soon as restoration is completed. He may be planning concerts around the 50^th anniversary in July / August 2022 and Sir Paul McCartney will definitely see the restoration work we have done.
